Morsel presents 'Drowned City' a compilation album of experimental tracks from Manchester based producers and artists.

Morsel is a Manchester based record label inspired by literature and folklore, exaggerating the mysticism of our urban environments. The release follows Morsel's launch event in February, a night of live experimental music and film from local experimental artists and producers. "The fog still slept on the wings above the drowned city" describes the sonic inspiration behind the tracks with influences from Musique concrète, deconstructivism, ambient, experimental and spoken word.
